PAYMENT
You can choose your preferred payment method during the purchase process:
● Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt) for Slovenia; if you have specified a different delivery address, cash on delivery is not possible.
● By proforma invoice.
● Payment via PayPal.
● Payment by credit card.
For orders over €49.00, packaging and delivery costs within Slovenia are free.
For orders up to €49.00, packaging and delivery costs amount to €4.90.
Note: these terms and packaging and delivery costs apply only to Slovenia. For deliveries to other countries, delivery costs are charged according to the price list of the delivery company. The customer also bears any potential customs duties in countries outside Slovenia.
Delivery to other EU countries costs €9.90.
DELIVERY
We deliver with Pošta Slovenije.
The delivery time for products in stock is 3-7 working days from the date of order. For rest EU delivery time can vary, you will receive tracking number.
Most packages are delivered within 3 working days. In case of increased demand, the delivery time may be extended, and we will inform you of this. We reserve the right to choose another delivery service if it could fulfill the order more efficiently.
