Terms and Conditions of the Online Store Triglows.eu
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of the Triglows.eu online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). They regulate the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the provider, and govern the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

2. Prices and Product Information
All prices in the online store are listed in euros (EUR). The provider is not a VAT payer, so prices do not include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation and do not have a predetermined validity.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Despite efforts to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate information, errors may occur. In such cases, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or will offer a suitable solution.
3. Order Process
Ordering is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The buyer selects products and adds them to the shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the buyer reviews the selected products, price, and shipping costs. After confirming the order, the buyer receives an order confirmation by email.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
4. Payment Methods
The provider enables the following payment methods:

Bank transfer (payment to the provider's business account according to the pro forma invoice)
Payment must be made within 3 working days after receiving the pro forma invoice. If payment is not received within this period, the order is canceled.
5. Delivery
The provider ships the products within Slovenia through Pošta Slovenije. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The provider ships the goods within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment.
In case of delivery delays or if the ordered products are out of stock, the buyer will be informed in a timely manner.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to state a reason. The buyer must notify the provider of the withdrawal in writing to the email address info@triglows.eu.
The buyer must return the products undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
The provider will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
7. Complaints and Warranty
In the event of incorrect or damaged products, the buyer must notify the provider within 8 days of receiving the goods. The buyer must also submit a photo of the damaged product and describe the issue.
The provider will address the complaint as soon as possible and inform the buyer about further steps.
8. Protection of Personal Data
The provider undertakes to protect all personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. The data will be used exclusively for the purposes of order processing and communication with the customer and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The provider strives to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date nature of the information published in the online store. Nevertheless, product characteristics, availability, and price may change so quickly that the provider fails to update the information. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow the buyer to cancel the order or agree to the updated offer.
10. Complaints and Disputes
The provider respects applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider endeavors to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.
In case of problems, the buyer can contact the provider via the email address info@triglows.eu. The complaint procedure is confidential.
The provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
For all relationships and rights and obligations not governed by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply.
11. Final Provisions
The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
These terms and conditions apply from 20 April 2025.
